Q: Do you guarantee a certain
standard of uptime? What contingencies are in place should
downtime occur?
A: We guarantee 99% uptime. If there is downtime we can
reboot our server immediately. Our
server uses Cisco routers using the
BGP4 protocol to ensure that data can be
routed even in the event of an uplink failure. Because of our
redundant network architecture, packets may be sent via
alternative routes should one of our providers fail.
Q: How do you answer support
questions, and what is the turnaround time for replies?
A: All support is by e-mail or Instant Messaging, with a reply
coming usually within 12 hours, but always within 24 hours. The

over ICQ.
Q: What happens if my monthly
bandwidth limit for my hosting package is exceeded? Will my site
be shut down if I exceed limits?
A: If you exceed your monthly bandwidth your account will
be bumped up to the next applicable service level automatically
and you will be required to pay the new amount for continued
service.
Q: What kind of servers do you
run? Do you manage your own servers?
A: Our main server is a Fedora Core linux machine running apache
2.5x. We manage the server so that you don't have to!
We take care of hardware updates and software patches and
updates, leaving you free to concentrate on developing your site(s)! We will never oversell the space on our server,
so clients will always have high load times on their websites!
Q: Do you have a power backup in
case of power outages?
A: Our server has a UPS in case of a power outage as well
as being located in a data center that has a diesel backup
generator in case of extended power outages.
Q: Do you offer data backups?
A: We do not offer data backups, however we can offer regular
weekly backups of your MySQL database if asked for a small service
charge of $10.00US per month.
Q: How is your networked
monitored?
A: Our server is monitored 24/7/365 and port scans on POP3,
HTTP, FTP, BIND, and SMTP are run every 5
minutes to ensure the server is up and all services are running
correctly.
Q: Do you allow adult content? Do
you have any additional content restrictions?
A: YES! Our primary market is the adult industry,
although we will host anyone that asks! We do not allow
any illegal material to be hosted. This includes child
pornography, bestiality, pirated software, spam mail services,
or any material that could be construed as hate based. We
also do not allow IRC bots or servers on our server.
Accounts found to be hosting illegal material will be cancelled
immediately with no refund.
Q: Do you offer shopping cart technology?
A: We offer OSCommerce as a shopping cart application for
customers that would like to use a shopping cart. If you
would like OSCommerce installed, we can install it for you for a
fee of $49.99US.

located in?
